Why it's so inexpensive:	We had intended this table to double as a chalkboard surface that kids could write on. These arrived from the factory with a glossy wood grain finish inappropriate for this purpose. Some of the tables have dings around the edges and are very slightly chipped. However, the dings are small enough to go unnoticed under casual examination. These are otherwise in perfect condition, though.
